They often run with guys that hang around pharmacies, like Schoolboy, Vickie, Chocolate Chip Cookies, Monkey, Roxy, Christmas Trees, and Skippy.

Where’s the money to fight drug use? With HUD’s restriction on taking adverse action based solely on an arrest, what can an agency do? Participants, in this “live” online micro-course, will learn how to recognize commonly used drugs, paraphernalia, and identify the presence of chemicals for use in manufacturing drugs in rental units.
