This mini-course is designed for Housing Agency staff who provide access for users to WASS, EIV, or PIC systems or for any staff member who is interested in expanding his/her knowledge of the different security rules in HUD’s online systems.


During this course, participants will learn security setup requirements for all three of HUD’s online systems, as well as some industry secrets, to ensure all staff members have access to upload 50058, complete online EOP, input data to Debts-Owed Module, or make changes to Housing Agency information.
