Learn How to Start a Project-Based Voucher Program

New and experienced PBV staff will learn everything needed to start a new non-RAD Project-Based Voucher process in three, easy-to-understand stages. Agencies are considering PBV in these hard-to-lease times to produce more affordable housing and for fast HCV Utilization. Additionally, PHAs can attach Project-Based Vouchers to PHA-owned and PHA-controlled units without a PBV competition.

The instructor will use years of experience with PBV to guide attendees in developing successful PBV programs.
