Learn to Utilize the Data Collected in HUD’s PIC/EIV Systems to Improve Program Operations & Increase Funding

Is your PIC data having a negative or positive impact on your Agency’s funding? Whether you are new to the housing industry or have worked in it for years, this course will benefit you by providing the advanced knowledge needed to fully utilize the public housing data available through HUD’s PIC/EIV systems. Participants in this course will receive detailed instructions on how to get maximum benefit from reports available in the PIC/EIV systems.

The instructor is a tester for HUD’s soon to be released PIC-NG, uses the PIC and EIV systems daily to monitor her Housing Agency’s status and performance. She will lead participants through the process of identifying, generating, reading, and interpreting reports available in the EIV System.
