Using Reports from HUD’s PIC/EIV Systems to Improve Program Integrity

This course will provide participants with the knowledge needed to fully utilize the data available in the PIC/EIV systems. This training is presented by an instructor, who uses the systems daily to monitor her Housing Agency’s programs. She will lead you through the process of report generation, reading and interpreting reports, and how to use them to improve program and staff performance. As a tester for HUD’s PIC-NG, the instructor will share the changes being made through PIC-NG and the benefits to local PHAs.
