This course provides participants with an understanding of HUD compliant procurement and contract management procedures that meet the requirements of 2 CFR §200.
Using sample forms and case studies, participants will learn “step-by-step” procedures in managing the different types of procurement and contracting in compliance with HUD Handbook 7460.8 Rev 2. The Contract Administration module includes required file documentation, allowable costs, contract modifications, and terminations. Procedures for Section 3 and Resident procurement requirements will also be provided.
